Andry Anastasiou is a communication skills specialist. She has delivered training for several years and is committed to providing training that is motivating, interactive and enjoyable. Her extensive work across a diverse cross section of voluntary and public organisations keeps her well informed and able to deliver courses directly relevant to your needs.

Julie Bann is a qualified solicitor specialising in charity law and employment law. She has worked for InterChange Legal Advisory Service for almost 5 years. Julie has considerable experience in holding seminars and presentations in her previous role at the Charity Commission and for Interchange and throughout voluntary work.

Hazel Baptiste-Wilson has worked as a trainer for 15 years. Initially employed by the Metropolitan Police service where she designed, co-ordinated and delivered public order training to junior and senior members of staff. Hazel then embarked as a freelance trainer specialising in Equality and Diversity, delivering training to a range of organisations in both the public and private sector. Hazel communicates well at all levels, and is very flexible and inclusive.

Denise Barker is a full-time wheelchair user, accredited trainer and welfare officer, Denise has 28 years experience of helping Voluntary and Public Sector Organisations to remove socially disabling barriers to employment and services. As a personal coach and mentor of disabled individuals she inspires and motivates others through the GROW model, to reach their fullest potential by giving them informed choices and personal examples so that all who want to live independent lives may be empowered to do so.

John Cammack is an independent consultant and trainer. He is a qualified accountant, manager and teacher and specialises in the non-profit sector. He has previously worked in both the public and voluntary sectors and now works with a range of UK and international non-profit organisations. He has authored a number of publications on financial management for the non-specialist.

Harish Davda has over ten years of experience in working with a variety of local authorities, housing associations and voluntary organisations. He has developed several techniques in personal and organisational effectiveness and assists his clients to achieve their potential through tailor made consultancy, coaching and training programmes.

Noreen Griffiths has a comprehensive knowledge of the complexities of mental health. As a qualified mental health nurse she has worked in hospital and community settings and worked with all levels of mental illness. She is experienced in the recruitment, retention and training of paid and volunteer staff, trained and trainees. She has run courses in stress management and has facilitated groups at many levels including supervision. As a trustee of a major charity she understands the pressures of professionalism versus user friendly services. Her style is experiential, she sees herself as a facilitator of learning.

Louise Kerr is a skilled professional vocal coach with a background in performing and she has the MA Voice from Central School of Speech and Drama where her specialism was public speaking. She works for corporate and public sector companies, NGO’s, educational establishments, the media and for individuals at all levels particularly those at senior management/director level. Courses are tailor made and look at improving performance, delivery, personal impact and confidence, through voice training and posture work.

Naomi KornNaomi Korn is a freelance consultant specialising in copyright, digital rights management and the provision of copyright training, and is also involved in writing corporate copyright policies, IPR reports and strategic papers. Naomi was the Tate Gallery's first Copyright Officer where she worked with staff to develop a greater awareness of copyright issues. Naomi is currently the Secretary of the Museums Copyright Group and has recently published "A guide to IPR and other legal issues”.

Andrew Ings is a Health and Safety specialist with 42 years experience which includes the Fire Service. He has taught Risk and Safety Management and is qualified to audit in accordance with OHSAS 18001. He has extensive experience in the media, event safety, live theatre and the arts and is the appointed advisor to Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Areas of particular interest include Stress, Self Assertiveness, Communication techniques and writing skills. He writes for periodicals and the national press. His book 'Health and Safety Procedures - A Practical Approach’, was published in 2001.

Yvonne Dowie-Shosanya specialises in the field of diversity, equality and cultural awareness, strategic thinking, training and development – all encouraged within a participative environment, thus enabling staff at all levels to acquire the necessary knowledge, skill(s) and experience to function to the best of their ability.  Prior to becoming an associate trainer Yvonne worked in the public sector as a manager, trainer and internal consultant for over ten years.  She holds a Redwood Diploma in Assertiveness, Equal Opportunities and Oppression and an Oxford Teacher Training Certificate.

Tamara Gittleson is a South African now based in London. She has passion for training and development and specialises in providing soft skills. She has worked as Head of a Media Studies Department and as Director of Studies at an international English language school. More recently, Tamara has trained in various commercial enterprises as well as universities in London. In addition to training Tamara is a State Registered Dramatherapist, and is studying Psychotherapy.

Kieran McCrystalKieran McCrystal BA (Hons), Dip Couns MBACP, has been working as a counsellor, supervisor, trainer and group facilitator for the past ten years. He has experience working in various settings including: medical and palliative care, voluntary sector counselling agencies and as a consultant for the Armed Forces. He has a private counselling practice where he works with a diverse client group focusing on a wide range of issues. Kieran is also a primary counselling tutor and supervisor at The Metanoia Institute. He holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling, a certificate in Person Centred Supervision and a Diploma in Dramatic Art.

Olivia MacDonnell is one of a small number of specialist Voice and Communications consultants working in the UK and Ireland.  A qualified and professionally recognised Voice and Communications consultant, Olivia is an MA graduate of London’s prestigious Central School of Speech and Drama.   She is also a member of the British Voice Association and the Voice Care Network.  Prior to specialising in Voice and Communications training, Olivia worked extensively within the corporate sector in such capacities as training facilitator, banking, sales & marketing executive, media & public relations co-ordinator.

Michael Mallows trains in, broadcasts and writes on, equal opportunities, communication techniques and management skills. His background is originally in Transactional Analysis and he is certified as a practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming.

Moreen Pascal has a background in local government and the voluntary sector. She is a qualified assertiveness trainer and holds a CIPD diploma in training management. She specialises in communication, customer care, interpersonal skills and personal development. She has worked in various line management positions and is currently an active volunteer for a minority ethnic community group.

Howard Pilott is a well-experienced trainer and consultant. Having worked in colleges, for trade unions and community organisations, he is familiar with the needs and diversity of the not-for-profit sector. Specialising in Quality and Management, he also covers LSC funding related matters including adult curriculum, and inspection preparation.

Peter Sampson is a skilled and experienced trainer with a background in housing, supported housing, care, tenant participation and the voluntary sector. Initially involved in the delivery of services, he now has ten years’ experience in the training and skills development sector, and works as an Associate for a number of established providers.

Karen Tidsall is an experienced and accomplished trainer, consultant and coach. Her practical, interactive and enjoyable style enables managers and staff to develop the confidence and ability to implement new skills and approaches and achieve a better understanding of themselves and colleagues. This contributes to the creation of healthier work environments which supports performance and increased service user satisfaction whilst also promoting staff well-being.

David WilliamsDavid Williams has spent most of his life guiding, empowering and inspiring people to use what they learn. Whatever the subject, he tries to put it across in a challenging, humorous and caring way, recognising that in real life there are few absolute guarantees, even when there are duties and rules to be followed.  David has worked with people in a wide range of private sector, government, local authority and not-for-profit organisations.
