An InterChange trainer, or a team of trainers, will work in partnership with you to design the training programme or project which will best meet your organisation’s needs and provide real benefit to your managers, staff and service users. Supervision is a contractual working alliance between the external supervisor and the worker to reflect on, record and receive feedback and guidance on skill development. The two main objectives of this supervisory alliance are to enable the worker to gain and maintain an ethical competence, knowledge, skills, confidence and creativity. This is in order that the worker can give their best to the client and monitor good practice. It is for any staff member who is in providing support and a service to client groups with complex needs ranging from substance misuse, mental health, child protection, aggressive behaviour and domestic violence. Our I T training is tailored to match the needs or your particular organisation and we specialise in Microsoft ® applications training. In our initial discussions with you we gain enough understanding of your business processes so that we can use relevant examples in the training sessions. During our I T courses we take account of participants’ feelings about the topic as well as the planned content so that participants are at ease during the training. We offer clear explanations without jargon and focus very much on the needs of the user rather than the technical specification of the software.
