Cancellation policy
Please note that once we have received your booking form and your place on a course is confirmed, we need 28 days notice if you want to cancel or postpone your place, otherwise the full cost of the course will be charged. Occasionally we may have to cancel a course or change the tutor or date. If this happens, we will inform you immediately. If you cannot then attend on the new date, we will offer you a credit note or refund. |
