The ability to train staff is one of the essential and perhaps most rewarding skills of a manager. This workshop will help you develop the ability and confidence to: prepare and design a workshop which meets the needs of the individual learners, work groups and the organisation as a whole; use a range of training approaches from directive to facilitative; use a range of learning styles and to co-facilitate. You will also have the opportunity to explore and practice essential training skills from facilitating group discussions, handling difficult behaviours, listening, observing and questioning techniques to creating a learning environment and ways to encourage participants to implement skills after the training event.
This course can be tailored to meet your specific needs and delivered in-house.
