Managing and/or supervising staff can be demanding and rewarding. This workshop covers the primary responsibilities of achieving the task and developing and supporting individuals. You will be able to develop your ability and confidence to: conduct fair and motivating staff appraisals; delegate effectively; provide on-going support and coaching to staff; challenge under-performance and difficult staff situations; motivate staff and build and maintain high performing teams.
