Many non-profit making organisations manage change, expand and achieve organisational development through projects. This course will focus on providing the skills required to manage projects successfully. It will draw on good practice and theory and will include: linking projects to organisational strategy; defining and planning a project; managing stakeholders; managing risks; using project planning tools; monitoring and evaluating projects; the role of project manager; managing project teams and use of computers in project management.
This course can be tailored to meet your specific needs and delivered in-house.
