22 and 23 February 2007
With: Harish Davda
Effective teams are organizational assets; they perform well and help the organization to achieve its aims and objectives based on a shared vision. Improving team performance should be an ongoing process and managers need to be skilful in specific areas. This, two-day, highly participative workshop is specially designed for not-for-profit organizations to enable managers to improve the performance of their team by using advanced techniques and current thinking in management. It will include understanding mindsets; managing feelings and conflict; understanding organizational structure and culture; creating a climate of empowerment and co-operation; coaching team members; linking human resource management strategy to the psychological contract between employer and employee; exploring ways of promoting innovative services and effective use of action learning.
The trainer will create a supporting learning environment; there will be fun packed individual and group exercises and participants will have an opportunity to explore individual issues.
This course can be tailored to meet your specific needs and delivered in-house.
