Financial management can be a daunting task for the non-specialist. Most guides are written for profit-making business. This course demystifies finance by explaining the jargon and guiding participants around financial systems for not-for-profit organisations so that the accounts can become useful tools. The course is based around activities which cover budgeting, cash flow, interpreting financial statements, the use of auditors and systems to help build the financial capacity of a non-profit organisation.
This course can be tailored to meet your specific needs and delivered in-house.
