The key to being assertive is to stay connected to your own and others humanity whilst communicating. This workshop will help you to develop the awareness, confidence and skills needed to achieve this. You will learn how to sort out problems and frustrations whilst respecting and understanding your own needs and those of others; prevent work overload and resentment by saying ‘no’ in a way that encourages solutions while also reducing the likelihood of defensive reactions and keeping channels of communication open.
This course can be tailored to meet your specific needs and delivered in-house.
